Thanks to a digital platform based on Blockchain technology, Connecting Food is able to trace products batch by batch as they pass along production lines, auditing them in real time. Customers (brands, distributors, but also cooperatives) can find out at any time which raw materials have been used in a finished product, and whether it complies with their specifications. 6 projects currently operating in France and Italy.
